Help Us Share the Message to Stop COVID-19
The Ad Council invites you all to unify your voices and platforms in an industry-wide movement to amplify one message, beginning with a powerful launch on Wednesday, April 8: #StayHome. Save lives.

The #StayHome movement was conceived by the Ad Council together with Google and the leading advertising, media and marketing trade associations, building on the #AloneTogether platform created by ViacomCBS. This ongoing effort offers common language and iconography for the advertising, media and marketing community to share one unified, consistent, impossible-to-miss message all across the country – ultimately, sparking behavior change that slows the spread of COVID-19.

In the toolkit linked here, you can find the following materials, which we encourage all AAF members to share beginning Wednesday: A roof icon that you can add to your brand logo across all touchpoints – social media, website, etc. – to demonstrate your organization’s support of this movement Sample copy for sharing assets on your social channels with the hashtags #StayHome and #AloneTogether The existing #AloneTogether assets that promote the stay home message, for amplification across donated broadcast, digital, and social media If you have any questions about how and where to activate, please reach out to the Ad Council’s Kathy Kayse (kkayse@adcouncil.org).

It’s also important to note that this effort is designed to build on, not replace, the critically important COVID-19 work you are already sharing across your channels and platforms. But by coming together in a big way to introduce this effort, starting Wednesday, we can make an impact like never before.
