SEM and Paid Social Planner/Buyer

The agency’s Media department is currently seeking a detail oriented and proactive buyer with experience with both planning and buying paid search and social media advertising across multiple platforms.

Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work with complex buys as well as being on top of the latest developments in digital advertising.


  • Primary role would be to plan, execute and optimize paid search/paid social media campaigns
  • Prepare detailed analytic and performance reports
  • Provide written POVs on upcoming platform changes and tactics for paid SEM/Social Media
  • Work with Media, Social Media, Interactive, Creative and Account Leadership teams
  • Reports to the Media Supervisor


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 2-3 years of experience planning and executing CPC/CPM/CPV campaigns for paid search and social media on multiple platforms, particularly for e-commerce clients
  • Must have experience buying on Google/Bing and social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest
  • Experience with analytic and reporting tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments
  • Facebook Blueprint and Google/Bing certifications required
  • Experience with Google Display Network (including Google Shopping ads) is a plus
  • Strong written, oral and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
