Baltimore ad industry vet to lead Media team from agency’s Rockville HQ
Rockville, MD April 3, 2017 – Debbie Norris is the newly appointed Media Director at independent, integrated creative agency HZDG. A veteran of recognized Baltimore-area advertising agencies, Ms. Norris brings substantial experience in the creation, execution and oversight of media plans for clients across a range of categories.

Ms. Norris joins HZDG’s fast-growing group of media professionals from Siquis in Baltimore, where she was Director of Media. Earlier career experience includes media-focused roles at independents Rosenthal Partners (now RP3 Agency) and Eisner Communications; she’s helped clients including Bank of America, US Airways, Maryland Lottery, McCormick Spices and Next Day Blinds meet their marketing goals through the smart use of paid media.
From her base in HZDG’s Rockville, Maryland headquarters, Ms. Norris will work with teams across all five HZDG offices.
