BALTIMORE – Early Light Media is thrilled to welcome executive producer Angela Malley to its award-winning video production team. Malley’s role will include pitching story ideas, identifying project goals, staffing production crews, managing stakeholders, creating and balancing budgets, implementing a timeline and overseeing all technical aspects from beginning to end.
Malley began her career in television and film production with one goal in mind, to nudge people into living better, healthier lives. Her work has spanned from numerous short films and television commercials to feature length documentaries, including David France’s critically acclaimed How to Survive a Plague, which in addition to winning several awards, was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Feature Documentary.
“I’m a firm believer in the power of storytelling to change the world,” says Malley. “I have dedicated my career to using video storytelling for social impact and I love bringing people together to create, advocate and inspire change.”
Malley holds a Bachelor of Science in television and film from Boston University, and a Master’s of Public Health degree from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
