Job Description:

MGH, Baltimore’s highest-profile integrated marketing agency, is in search of a digital marketing analyst with 1-2 years of hands-on experience. This position will be responsible for the strategy and efficient day-to-day management of clients’ digital marketing campaigns, with the focus on continuously improving ROI for clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Day-to-day management of digital marketing campaigns to clients’ weekly and monthly budget goals
  • Explore opportunities and develop innovative search strategies to optimize clients’ SEM campaigns
  • Analyze performance data and provide appropriate action plans based on conclusions
  • Manage SEO process and strategy, from the development of keyword lists, competitive analysis, content optimization, audits, reporting, analysis and recommendations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and improve account performance aligned with goals
  • Work closely with account services to communicate campaign strategy, progress and results
  • Compile campaign benchmark and tracking reports to assess campaign performance against KPIs
  • Be a self-starter and team player


  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of the technologies and processes involved in running paid search campaigns (particularly Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Bing Ads)
  • Google AdWords Certified preferred
  • Experience with online marketing metrics
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, strength in Excel required
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong business writing skills and ability to produce high quality documents
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to simultaneously handle multiple campaigns across a range of verticals while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, particularly influencing and listening skills
  • Passion for technology, digital marketing and emerging media
  • Flexible, versatile and able to cope well under pressure
  • Prior experience in agency setting preferred
  • Additional digital marketing experience a plus (social, display, email)
