We are a digital CRM marketing agency with offices in Baltimore & Seattle.


We’re looking for an experienced digital account supervisor who wants to thrive in a start-up environment.  This position requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, strategic thinking and attention to detail, with a broad set of skills and a willingness to take ownership of relationships and projects. There is room for fast advancement for the right person who has the hunger and the passion to be part of this special team.

In this role, you will collaborate directly with clients and internal staff on the creation, execution and optimization of digital campaigns and projects. You need to have the political skill to work with all types of personalities to get the job done exceptionally well.


This list of day-to-day responsibilities can change frequently, but here are a few things that you can expect to do from day one:


Account and Project Management

  • Be accountable as the primary owner of Clients assigned to you
  • Provide strategic insight on existing campaigns and projects, making suggestions for optimization of resources for increased performance
  • Schedule and lead regular calls and meetings with clients
  • Manage budgets, resources and timelines for client initiatives
  • Clearly outline project plans, deliverables, timelines and goals for both clients and internal staff
  • Work with internal staff to develop basic wireframes, site trees, specifications, success metrics and other documentation on specific projects
  • Assist clients with content development and management for their existing websites
  • Generate regular campaign analytics reports with insights, key learnings and clear next steps


Email Marketing Campaigns

  • Develop strategic content plans, generate ideas for testing and optimization, manage schedules and occasionally provide creative services
  • Generate post-deployment reports with insight, key learnings and clear next steps
  • As needed step in to develop and deploy campaigns


Search and Social Campaigns

  • Develop strategic content plans, generate ideas for testing and optimization, manage schedules and occasionally provide creative services
  • As needed step in to create, build and execute campaigns paid search and social media campaigns
  • Generate regular reports with insight, key learnings and clear next steps


Planning and Business Development

  • All team members may be involved in new business development, but account owners, like this role, are responsible for the organic growth of their accounts as well. This person should be able to identify and cultivate new growth opportunities
  • Creation of presentations for existing Client campaigns as well as new business opportunities

We currently have offices in Baltimore & Seattle and are open to this person working out of either location.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4-6 years experience working directly with clients in an advertising agency, or similar position
  • Proven strategic experience with digital CRM marketing, lead generation and nurturing, and/or Loyalty campaigns
  • Proven experience leading digital projects as either an account manager, project manager or strategist – show us your leadership skills and comprehension of the business
  • Experience being accountable for a team reporting directly to you
  • Experience with email marketing service providers
  • Experience with paid search and online advertising tools for research, development and management of ads
  • Experience with analytics reporting and insights
  • Experience working with project management applications
