Media Works is looking for Advertising Media Coordinator. Media Works is a highly-respected, fast paced, energetic integrated marketing agency located in Baltimore, MD.  We recently celebrated our 25th anniversary and have a great diverse client list that has grown with us over the years.   Gain the experience and knowledge in the media industry by working with some of the best media professionals in the area.

We are looking for a college graduate with 1-2 years experience preferred but would consider the right candidate with communications course work or internships.  Gain the experience and knowledge you will need to grow in the exciting industry of advertising.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with creative advertising agencies and media vendors to send out ad copy
  • Media Invoice Reconciliation
  • Assist media buyers and supervisors with analysis and research
  • Tracking television run times for our high profile sports buys
  • Managing print ad copy and communicating with publications to receive proof of run
  • Recording data into media software for post buy analysis
  • General Administrative Duties (phone/mail/file)

Skills:

  • Microsoft Excel (important)
  • Microsoft Word
  • Power Point
  • Attention to detail is key
  • Strong math skills
  • Ability to multi-task/time management skills
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to communicate both written and verbal with all levels in an organization
  • Outgoing personality is a plus
